These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at daisigning.com and the notarization and signing services offered by Digit-All-Ink Solutions ("DAIS," "we," "us," or "our"), a DBA of Seventh Estate LLC. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
DAIS provides notarial and signing services, including remote online notarization (RON) conducted on the Proof platform and, where available, in-person signings. DAIS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, prepare or draft legal documents, act as an escrow agent, or serve as a custodian of your assets, funds, or private keys. Using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal, tax, or estate-planning advice, consult a licensed attorney or qualified professional.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to present valid, government-issued identification and satisfy the identity-verification requirements applicable to the notarial act. A notary may decline to perform a notarization where legal requirements are not met or where the notary has a reasonable basis to do so.
Appointments may be requested through our website or by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested time. Times are confirmed by email and, where you have provided a mobile number, by text message.
Notarial fees are charged in accordance with applicable Florida law; service, convenience, and travel fees, where applicable, are disclosed before your appointment. Payment is due as agreed and is processed through our third-party payment processor. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
Please provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or missed appointments where disclosed in advance.
If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to services you request (such as appointment confirmations, reschedules, and coordination). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
You agree to provide accurate information, present valid identification, review your documents for accuracy and completeness, and ensure you understand the documents you are signing. DAIS notarizes and facilitates signings; we do not verify the content, legality, or effect of your documents.
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that a notarization will be accepted by any particular third party, county, agency, or institution, or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAIS and Seventh Estate LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAIS and Seventh Estate LLC from claims arising out of your use of our services or website, your documents, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The content, design, and marks on this website are owned by or licensed to Seventh Estate LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. "Proof" and "Notarize" are trademarks of their respective owners; DAIS is an independent notary service and conducts online notarizations on the Proof / Notarize Network platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
